At the Automotive Diagnostics on the 19th and 20th of March automotive diagnostics experts will meet to discuss the latest trends, like automatization, connectivity and e-mobility. Consline executive officer Dr. Dirk Schachtner will explain in his presentation “Customer Voice Monitoring: Quality from a Driver`s Seat Perspective” how customer opinions can be used for important management decisions and for the reduction of quality cost as well as the improvement of service measures.
The Technical Congress is the flagship event of the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry). Annually it brings together the executives of the German and international automotive industry and offers the opportunity to exchange views about the latest topics and trends of the automotive industry. Munich 12/12/2018. Consline AG has analyzed customer experiences with driver assistance systems in current premium models of the brands Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Evaluating the driving experiences published in online forums and social media in Germany, the study shows: Although there is an improvement compared with the results from a study in 2016, there is still considerable need for action.

In keynotes by Audi and Schaeffler, among others, the challenges of quality management in practice were pointed out: How can quality management be successfully implemented? Which requirements do product safety officers face?
