With the Consline Customer Insights Management System (CIMS), a web-based cockpit solution with an intuitive multi-language userinterface, customer voices are captured and analyzed.

Besides the original customer message, CIMS includes the correct translation and, based on precise categorization, tagging and tonality ratings it provides multiple options for specific filtering and analysis of the data.
